For services including comprehensive planning and detailed event design, please submit an "event-profile" (found on home page) to receive a quote customised to suit your event needs.
Wedding Direction Services
2 meetings:
- 1 planning meeting and 1 walk through meeting on-site
2 assistants:

Rehearsal:
1 to 1 ½ hour rehearsal prior to the event day. (Preferably the evening prior to).
Hand-outs and instruction provided for wedding party, ushers, program attendants, hostesses and musicians.

- Ceremony-vendor recommendations as needed

Day of Wedding Coordination

Site Visits
- All Occasion Celebrations (AOC) will visit your wedding and reception sites to establish a plan for logistics to include dressing areas, staging areas, wedding party processional/recessional, general guest traffic flow, placement of guest book and etc.
Wedding Timelines, Rehearsal & Ceremony Management and Direction
- AOC will be responsible for creating and executing all wedding day timelines.
- AOC will manage and direct the rehearsal and show each participant their role and responsibility for the Wedding Day according to the wishes of the Bride and Groom.
- AOC will arrive 1 1/2 hours prior to the Ceremony to assist with flowers and boutonnières. Additionally, AOC will supervise the wedding party with last minute details.
- AOC will supervise and stage each member of the wedding party for the Wedding Party Processional and be ready to further instruct the Wedding Party and guests once the ceremony is over.
- AOC will insure that gifts, programs and personal items such as the guest book are removed from the ceremony site and transported in pre-determined vehicle.
- AOC will prepare for pickup and return, any equipment rented for/ by the client, by removing those items to a secure location after event close. (ie. Candelabras)
Vendor Coordination Services
- Two weeks prior to your wedding day All Occasion Celebrations will begin contacting all hired vendors to establish rapport, answer questions, and forward specific information pertaining to your wedding location, deliveries, contact numbers, as well as provide them with an itinerary of all activities scheduled either by e-mail or first class mail. I will further direct them to contact AOC the week of the wedding with any questions or concerns, so as not to distract you from being the pampered Bride & Groom to be!
Reception Introductions
- All Occasion Celebrations will organize the Wedding Party for introductions into the reception according to the wishes of the Bride and her Groom.
Summary of Services
- This service includes the following:
- (1) Wedding Producer and (1) Wedding Production Assistant
- (1) Initial Consultation
- (2) 1 to 2 hour planning sessions
- Ceremony and Reception site visits

- One letter for Bride to her wedding party
- One letter to all wedding vendors by AOC.
- Unlimited telephone and-mail support
- Direction and management of the Rehearsal (Total 2 hours)
- Direction and management of the Ceremony (Total 5 hours)
- Organization of wedding party for introduction into the Reception
- Supervise Reception Events: Cake cutting, Toasts, Garter & Bouquet
